Hygiene and safety Policy

For the safety of all, the hotel is implementing high standard hygiene procedures and prevention.

PREVENTION MEASURES

• As to ease and accelerate check in procedure, the hotel is encouraging pre-registration requesting guests or/and agencies ID (passport) together with approximative time of arrival in structure. Upon arrival, guests will have their body temperature controlled. For safety measures, all hotel staff has its temperature controlled on a daily base.
• Once in structure, guests will be invited to wear masks at all time when in closed common areas but also in the courtyard area when minimum distancing cannot be respected (1m).
• The hotel uses special detergents and disinfectants with antibacterial and antiviral effect certified in accordance with the anti Covid-19 regulations. Continuous daily sanitation of all common areas and critical points of contact (handrails, elevator, door handles, sun loungers and relaxation areas, etc.) is performed.
• Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before check in. Housekeeping is performed daily according to current hygiene protocols.
• All linen is washed and sanitized following rigorous protocols. Cleaning staff will wear protective masks (mouth/nose) and protective gloves. Continuous training of our employees is provided to ensure compliance and strict application of all preventive measures.
